US Navy SEALS Lead the Way Saying NO to Unconstitutional Vaccine Mandates

Just the News is reporting that 25-33% of the US Navy SEALS are refusing the Covid-19 jabs. Heroic! Hooah! These SEALS should be commended for standing up for their religious, moral and ethical beliefs.

All people who object to mandated, forced, or coerced medical interventions should also consider following their lead. Refuse to consent. The vaccine mandate by Presidential Executive Order is clearly unethical, medically imprudent, and blatantly un-American–not to mention flat out stupid considering how little we know about the vaccine’s long-term effects.

President Biden also has no Constitutional authority to mandate medical interventions for private citizens–none, nor does he currently have any Constitutional authority to mandate Covid-19 vaccines for federal employees at this time. That said, the Constitution actually says nothing about the federal government having the authority to regulate any medicine or medical interventions.

Biden might eventually have the authority to force federal employees to accept mandatory vaccines as a condition of their employment, but he doesn’t now since the only FDA-approved vaccine is Pfizer’s Comirnaty, which likely won’t be available for at least another year according to Dr. Joseph Mercola.

All the other Covid-19 vaccines, including the now available Pfizer BioNTech vaccine (it’s not Comirnaty), currently fall under the FDA’s Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) provision. As such, these vaccines, by definition, are experimental therapies and cannot be mandated.

According to attorney Robert F. Kennedy, Jr, of the Children’s Health Defense, there is an important legal distinction that differentiates the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine from the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine, even though they are the exact same compound. This legal distinction essentially shields Pfizer from the liability requirements a fully-approved vaccine (Comirnaty) would be subjected to under US vaccine laws–all while people think they are receiving a fully FDA-approved vaccine.

Consequently, all Pfizer vaccine recipients are technically still receiving a vaccine dose that comes from a Pfizer BioNTech vile–not a Comirnaty vile–and therefore they are technically still receiving an EUA vaccine. People mistakenly assume that both Pfizer BioNTech and Pfizer Comirnaty vaccines are equivalent in the eyes of the law, but they are not! They were legally constructed to be distinct. Very sneaky.

President Biden’s vaccine mandate decree is nothing but blatant authoritarian overreach–a dictatorial power grab– and it must be resisted. If enough people follow the lead of these Navy SEALS and refuse to consent, the tyrants will back down.

Of course, there is always a risk in defying the dictates of tyrants and the establishment, but there is also a risk in not standing up against such evil. That risk is ultimately the complete loss of our individual liberty and humanity.
