First, if you missed my New Years Blog, read it! And January 6th blog is a heartwarming story also not to be missed.
Omicron
As Omicron is infecting everyone equally, unvaccinated, vaccinated, boosted, or those having had Covid previously, people are calling wondering what to do. Omicron has no boundaries and if you are around someone who has it, you will most likely get it. We are so fortunate to have a strain this contagious be so mild! Our immune systems need exercise to better protect us in the future, so look at Omicron as a blessing in disguise.
Omicron is more virulent and therefore protocol dosing is higher. Symptoms are a piercing headache, fever and chills. It also is much milder than other variants with a shorter duration of symptoms of 3-5 days.
Delta has a biphasic curve of illness, you feel bad for 3-5 days then feel better, and then get hit again and are worse than ever. Most people have extreme fatigue and are in bed for 2 weeks. The body reacts like a Mac Truck hit it. The trauma needs to be treated.
Questions most commonly asked are” Do I have Omicron or something else? How can I keep from getting sick? What do I do if I am exposed? What do I do if I am Sick?”
The first rule of thumb is always treat fast and with higher doses, you can always stop taking the protocol.
What infection do I have and Do I get a Covid Test?
People are also getting Delta, colds, flu, and sinusitis. So what do you do?. It actually is very easy, initially treat all infections the same. First, take high dose Vitamin D3 200,000 units and see if you are better. If not better, follow the guideline protocols below.
There is no reason to get a Covid test as you are going to treat everything like Covid and quarantine for 5 days. If you are symptom-free, you don’t have to quarantine.
