Why Are So Few Ivermectin Studies Being Conducted in the US?

A review of the National Institute of Health (NIH) website, ClinicTrials.gov, reveals that only 6 of 74 Ivermectin studies related to Covid-19 are being conducted in the United States (as of 9/6/2021). This is shocking! Why is the rest of the world leading the way with respect to studying the role of Ivermectin as a prophylaxis and treatment protocol for Covid-19?

Perhaps Senator Rand Paul’s political bias claim has something to do with it, or maybe there is no money in it for Big Pharma. Things that make you go hmm.
